| We are continually seeking to expand our students' horizons. Therefore, in an effort to involve our students in the international community, to make them aware of the world and plights of others, develop a sense of community service & philanthropy our Kindergarten students are partnering with Heifer International. Heifer International, a recognized charitable organization since 1044, works with impoverished families worldwide by providing livestock and agricultural programs to alleviate hunger and poverty, as well initiate self reliance. The Education Station students will work to achieve and earn enough credits to purchase farm animals through Heifer International. Please visit www.heiferinternational.org for more information. |
