School-Parent Agreement

Registration & Tuition: 2 weeks tuition held on deposit and applied toward the final 2 weeks of enrollment. Tuition is required regardless of the child’s attendance. A 30-day notice is required for withdrawal. Failure to provide a 30-day notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits remitted for advanced enrollment are not refundable.

  • Independence Day (Observed)
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving Thur & Fri
  • Winter Break (Dec 24 – Jan 1)
  • Juneteenth Day

Late Pick-Up Fee of $1 per minute after 6:30pm with a minimum charge of $15. An addition $3 per minute after 30 minutes late will be imposed. Fee due at time of pick-up.

Returned Check Fee of $35. Recurrence will require all future monthly payments in cash or money order.

Please identify all children’s items with their first initial and last name. School can not be responsible for unmarked clothing, blankets, consumables, lunch boxes and personal items. Do not send sentimental, valuable or jewelry items to school. Do not bring toys to school.

All tuition fees are due on 1st business day of the month. We allow 5 days grace period before charging $5/day late fee for each child. The school reserves the right to withdraw enrollment privileges for outstanding balances.

Parents are required to maintain updated immunization and emergency information and person authorized to pick up children. We cannot release children to anyone without authorization and identification.

Requirements

Thank you for considering The Education Station Day Care Center for your child’s care and education. By enrolling your child with us, you can rest assured that he or she is provided with learning support that is appropriate for his/her developmental age. Upon joining our program, you will become part of a community of parents and early childhood educators who are dedicated to the highest quality childcare and education.

Upon enrolling, your child will need the following items to start school:

  1. Updated Immunizations and Recent Physical Exam
  2. Change of clothing to be stored at school
  3. Sheet and blanket/sleepsack for napping
  4. Diapers and wipes (if necessary)
  5. Lunch container with lunch provided daily
